Absolutely terrible experience. My home flooded July 10 and this company was assigned through insurance. It took until July 29 for them to even itemize my belongings, leaving everything sitting moulding for weeks. When I finally received the inventory, it was incomplete and inaccurate. Several expensive items were missing, high-end furniture was poorly identified, including a solid oak hutch listed as a “wood cabinet” and items were documented that didn’t even match what was in my home. I spent two weeks calling and being ignored trying to get their mistakes corrected. The only reason I finally got a response was because I happened to be staying at the same hotel as their staff and approached them at breakfast. The list was eventually corrected, but the lack of communication continued. As of August 19, nothing has been removed from my home. I have repeatedly been told by Tanner that it will be done “tomorrow,” followed by no action and no returned calls. Their failure to follow through is now directly delaying repairs and keeping my family displaced longer. A flood is devastating enough. No family should have to spend weeks chasing the company hired to help clean up the aftermath. Completely unacceptable service.
We had a great experience with this company. Phil was kind enough to come by on a Saturday morning and provide moisture readings along with helpful advice. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our questions. Brandon was also very helpful with scheduling and was a pleasure to deal with. We really appreciated their assistance and would highly recommend this company.
We did not even know our unit was affected by the water leak in our building (higher floor) until ServiceMaster technicians knocked on the door and checked for moisture. All crews (identification, initial response, and restoration/construction) were great - friendly, professional and helpful (e.g. assistance with moving furniture). Although I did need to follow-up occasionally for status, the team was very responsive and worked hard to accommodate my schedule. I would definitely recommend their services.
Very timely and excellent service! So grateful for this team. The repairs made it appear like nothing even happened, and then they came back just to do extra thorough cleaning everywhere and I didn't expect that, it was wonderful.
If I could give a 0 star I would. The amount of delays was insane. Their very unreliable service. I’m pretty sure their staff stole a lot of our expensive items, they also damaged alot of our items. Definitely would not recommend or trust them.
Scotty is AMAZING!!!!! Very attentive to detail, always answered calls as this is so stressful he made it a much more pleasant situation and I knew he was taking care of everything!!! Thank you Scotty!!!!!!
